The GS108PE NetGear ProSafe Plus Gigabit Ethernet Desktop Switch provides more capabilities beyond plug-and-play connectivity, easy to use visibility and limited configuration capabilities.

It also offers traffic monitoring for users to observe traffic behavior. With the help of cable diagnostic test capability, connectivity issues can be located along with problems in the cable.

This switch has both port and tag-based prioritization to keep latency-sensitive traffic moving ahead of less critical packets. Features also include VLAN technology, Green Ethernet technology, sturdy metal case and a fan-less design.

The power connection and PE are performed with the help of the back panel. The switch electronic filling is represented by a single board made of green textolite whose main elements are located on one side.
